Halloween 2012...

Yeah, I am only slightly behind on this little blog. But did you really expect anything else?

This year for Halloween, I took the lazy way out and decided to dress Cash up as a baseball player because I already had most everything I needed for the costume. Translation: I didn't have to go buy anything or fight any crowds.

He had an absolute blast this year. This was truly the first year he was able to really get into it and have fun. He trick-or-treated for about an hour and would go up to houses and say the following:

"Trick or Treat"
(They would give him candy)
"Thank you"
He would turn around to leave. This is the part we worked on saying "Happy Halloween" but he had something else in mind...
And yell out "Boomer"

I couldn't be prouder.

Then we went home to hand out candy... and this is where he had the most fun. We sat at the door and gave out a bunch of candy to a bunch of kids. Cash smiled and talked and waved and hugged. He thought he was such a little stud. When all of the candy was gone, he crashed on the couch and slept in his baseball uniform. Why not?

Love,
E

Just waiting to give out candy...
